Quality Assurance Process
To guarantee quality and reliability of our products, we take quality control seriously. We have IQC to inspect incoming materials before transferring materials to assembly lines, production QC to control quality of semi-finished products during various production stages, FQC to test the assembled products and QA to inspect the finished products before delivery to the customers. All these QC procedures are conducted according to international standards. Customers are also welcome to send their own QA inspectors to inspect the finished goods.

Warranty and Approval
i-Tec is dedicated to fulfill customer satisfaction. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months. This warranty does not cover improper usage, operation under unfavorable condition/environment, failure/damage caused by other parts and normal wear-and-tear.
